Tourism is Florida's economic mainstay, and significant amounts of research, planning and strategy are required in order to generate fresh ideas, communicate with various audiences and manage unexpected crises.

Attend Tampa Bay FPRA’s Wednesday, March 16 program at St. Petersburg's beautiful and historic Sunken Gardens and learn how Tampa Bay's top tourism marketers promote the region through public relations, marketing, promotions, sales, partnerships and education.

Registration and lunch will begin at 11:30 am, followed by the panel discussion and Q & A at noon.

Panelists include Karen Brand, vice president of marketing, Tampa Bay Convention & Visitors Bureau; Thom Stork, chair-elect, Visit Florida and president/CEO Florida Aquarium and Wit Tuttle, public relations director, St. Petersburg/Clearwater Area Convention & Visitors Bureau.
