STATE-OF-THE-ART CAREER CENTER
On January 26th, Tampa Bay WorkForce Alliance
(TBWA) hosted an open house in celebration of the 10 month renovation
of its WorkForce Tampa Career Center, located at Florida

center such as the resource center which is used by job candidates
in their job search. A completely new business services center,
used by employers to conduct individual or mass recruitment events,
and a wireless cyber café are also among the new features
of the career center.
More than 200 people attended the festivities,
which featured a jazz combo from nearby Blake High School for the
Performing Arts and King High School’s NJROTC color guard.
Attendees included board members, partners, media representatives,
TBWA staff and company representatives from around the Tampa Bay
area.
