Welcome to the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association FPRA!

I am confident you will find our site friendly and easy to navigate and hope you will find that membership in FPRA is just as easy and rewarding. Here, you will find information about our board of directors, members, our philosophy, schedule of monthly professional development programs and other information that will connect you to not just Tampa Bay, but also public relations professional members throughout Florida.

Our membership reflects the wide range of industry represented in the Tampa Bay region, from healthcare, to finance, to the arts, tourism, private, non-profit and government entities. Your membership in the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association will give you access to unique professional development programs; accreditation and certification; networking; access to information, such as newsletters, white papers, accreditation and study groups; access to expert sources and resources in many fields.

I encourage you to submit information on your open positions to help you identify qualified, and in many cases, accredited public relations practitioners, information on events and other news of interest to our members. I also invite you to attend any or all of our many programs during the year, whether for professional development, networking or meeting new friends in the profession. Also, click on Image Awards under Professional Development to learn more about submitting entries for the local Image Awards or the Golden Image Awards, an award of distinction for public relations professionals.
